Fisher D Body Valve

Fisher's D and DA series single-seat high-pressure valves are widely used in the oil and gas production industry. They are particularly suitable for handling fluids containing sand, viscous oil and gas, or fluids prone to clogging valve internals, and can be used for both throttling and on/off control.
Additionally, DA valves have another use-they are suitable for installation on angled pipelines or in places where the valve needs to drain itself.

A robust guiding structure facilitates the precise positioning of the valve plug onto the seat ring, particularly under conditions of high differential pressure. The threaded seat ring achieves a perfect seal against the seat ring gasket.

The bonnet and body feature a threaded connection, allowing for valve maintenance using only simple tools.

For applications involving severe erosion, VTC (ceramic) trim components are available. Additionally, options include a valve plug with a tungsten carbide tip and a seat ring with a tungsten carbide insert.

The valve body and end connection configurations fully comply with API and ASME standards.

NACE-compliant trim components and bolting materials are provided as a standard configuration for all operating conditions; these materials meet the requirements of NACE MR0175-2002.
